In this paper, polycrystalline Co2TiO4 ceramics have been synthesized using a sol-gel process followed by annealing at different temperatures. The lattice size and the average grain size of the samples increases with rise in annealing temperature. The temperature-dependent inverse paramagnetic susceptibilities recorded under zero-field-cooling condition have been fitted according to the Néel's expression for ferrimagnets. Subsequently, the molecular field constants and the corresponding exchange constants have been calculated. The fitting result shows that the magnetic interaction in the system becomes weaker as the annealing temperature rises. In addition, negative magnetization is observed during field-cooling process. The higher annealing temperature is beneficial to the growth of tetrahedral sublattice, leading to a decrease on compensation temperature. Furthermore, magnetization hysteresis loops for all the samples demonstrate the crucial role of grain size on the magnetic properties. 相似文献

In this paper, a method combining hydrolysis of tetrabutyl orthotitanate (TBOT) and solvothermal reaction was first used to fabricate nanostructured Li2TiO3 tritium breeder ceramic pebbles. Initially, superfine nanostructured Li2TiO3 powders were synthesized with average particle size of about 10?nm, according to TEM. The surface area of precursor particles synthesized via this method was found to be 115.85?m2/g by BET analysis, which is much larger than that of the product obtained using traditional methods. The results showed that precursor particles had high sintering activity. XRD pattern revealed that the phase transition temperature for monoclinic phase Li2TiO3 prepared by this method was nearly 450?°C, which was the lowest phase transition temperature reported among all wet chemical methods to date. Subsequently, investigation of ceramic sintering demonstrated that Li2TiO3 ceramic pebbles with desired nano-crystalline sizes (27.98 ~ 55.03?nm) were obtained by sintering at 500 ~ 600?°C for 4?h. With the recent increase in routing App usage, it is urgent to analyze the impact of inevitable information delay in routing Apps on traffic. To analyze the negative impact of such delayed routing Apps on traffic, this paper investigates the impact of ideal and delayed routing Apps on traffic. Firstly, the effect of ideal routing Apps has been explored with theoretical analysis and derivation based on a macroscopic network model. Then, an extended network model is built to characterize the delayed routing. The impact of such delayed routing Apps is investigated by simulation experiments while considering routing usage proportion and amount of delay. The results demonstrate that ideal navigation does improve traffic efficiency, but in some cases, delayed navigation is even worse than no navigation. 相似文献

A series of sandwiched structures with different near-surface mass fractions x(x=3 wt%,4 wt%,5 wt%)was employed to develop high-coercivity hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnets by the addition of 2 wt%Nd-Cu eutectic alloys via adjusting the middle thickness and near-surface thickness.The designed magnet with a pronounced composite structure shows a 23% increase in coercivity with a 6% loss of remanence by adjusting the sandwiched structure at 4 wt% Nd-Cu eutectic alloys in the near-surface regions.The results indicate that the near-surface Nd-Cu-rich "shell" structure can effectively suppress the magnetization reversal of overall magnets,enhancing the coercivity.With the help of loading stress,Nd-Cu liquid enriched at the near-surface regions of the sample is infiltrated into the Nd-Cu-lean middle region,resulting in a concentration gradient.Microstructure characterizations further demonstrate that the infiltrated Nd-Cu eutectic plays a critical role in inhibiting grain growth and intergranular magnetic interaction.The optimized microstructure features suppress the reversed magnetization process,which makes a positive contribution to coercivity. 相似文献

Defect engineering represents a significant approach for atomically thick 2D semiconductor material development to explore the unique material properties and functions. Doping-induced conversion of conductive polarity is particularly beneficial for optimizing the integration of layered electronics. Here, controllable doping behavior in palladium diselenide (PdSe2) transistor is demonstrated by manipulating its adatom-vacancy groups. The underlying mechanisms, which originate from reversible adsorption/desorption of oxygen clusters near selenide vacancy defects, are investigated systematically via their dynamic charge transfer characteristics and scanning tunneling microscope analysis. The modulated doping effect allows the PdSe2 transistor to emulate the essential characteristics of photo nociceptor on a device level, including firing signal threshold and sensitization. Interestingly, electrostatic gating, acting as a neuromodulator, can regulate the adaptive modes in nociceptor to improve its adaptability and perceptibility to handle different danger levels. An integrated artificial nociceptor array is also designed to execute unique image processing functions, which suggests a new perspective for extension of the promise of defect engineered 2D electronics in simplified sensory systems toward use in advanced humanoid robots and artificial visual sensors. 相似文献

Direct synthesis of high-quality graphene on dielectric substrates is of great importance for the application of graphene-based electronics and optoelectronics. However, high-quality and uniform graphene film growth on dielectric substrates has proven challenging due to limited catalytic ability of dielectric substrates. Here, by employing a Cu ion implantation assisted method, high-quality and uniform graphene can be directly formed on various dielectric substrates including SiO2/Si, quartz glass, and sapphire substrates. The growth rate of graphene on the dielectric substrates was significantly improved due to the catalysis of Cu. Moreover, during the graphene growth process, the Cu atoms gradually evaporated away without involving any metal contamination. Furthermore, an interesting growth behavior of graphene on sapphire substrate was observed, and the results show the graphene domains growth tends to grow along the sapphire flat terraces. The ion implantation assisted approach could open up a new pathway for the direct synthesis of graphene and promote the potential application of graphene in electronics. 相似文献
